Salon Espadaña is our boardroom. The word espadaña comes from old Spanish which means bell tower.

This space is located right in the bell tower of the convent chapel. Inside the room, practically incorporated into it, the historic bells are preserved, allowing an eclectic setting, filled with romanticism and history. This area overlooks the clay-tile roofs of the historic downtown.

Adjacent to the boardroom, there is a terrace or patio that serves as the chef’s garden, garnished with colorful flowers and aromatic plants, which add special aromas and flavors to the gastronomic delights he creates in his kitchen.
