The Colombian national is part of the kitchen team of the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena hotel, led by Executive Chef Dominique Oudin. Since 2019, she took on the challenge of being the first female Sous-chef of the El Claustro restaurant.
Her experience in renowned restaurants in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Bogotá and Cartagena makes Laura an innovative and creative professional, expert in the creation and design of new menus and dishes.
Her training at the Verde Oliva Academy and San Ignacio de Loyola, in addition her other specializations and courses, have allowed this chef to develop essential skills to manage the restaurant’s kitchen.
