It is in the year 1621 -more than four centuries ago – when the Clarisas sisters settle in what would be their home for 240 years.

The Santa Clara cloister has more than one story buried under 400 years of history, it is a true mystical place.

At 1621, you will be able to find gourmet cuisine that amazes and brings innovation to every detail. Our venue will offer the perfection of cooking, textures and pairings that will enhance the palate with an impeccable selection of wines and beverages from the restaurant’s cellar; our cellar featured on the top list of the best options from Wine Spectator magazine.

In addition, our Head Sommelier Ana Maria Buitrago has developed pairings specifically designed to marry the flavors of our cuisine. History, art and perfection are the pillars of our restaurant.
